so a few days ago my car decided that it wanted to die on me ... IN THE TACO BELL DRIVE THROUGH!!!!

we had to leave my car there over night and i called the place that always fixes our cars ... they had towed it about a mile from tace bell over to their building which costed about 60 bucks. then they called me at work so i talked to them and they said that it was my distributer or distributer cap ... they were able to get a used one and they put it in and the total price for that was about 550 with parts, labor, towing, and all that crap.

so i thought it wasn't going to be that bad but it turns out that they still have no idea what is wrong with my car!!! well they had talked to my dad yesterday around noon and now they are saying that we might have to rebuild the whole engine!!!!

so now i'm out of a car until they can fix it and this is probably going to be quite a large chunk of change to fix it .... let's just hope it won't be too bad.

honestly this is really the most excitement that has happened to me lately so i will update again when i find out what the hell is wrong with my car

so i'm super excited ... monday is the last day of the semester for me and all i have to do is an oral presentation on a coffeemaker. i don't have a final in my math class cuz i have an A for the semester so i'm exempt from the final ... and i only have my technical reporting class left and that's done on monday. so i just have to worry about how well my group will present on monday and then i'm done until fall.

as most of you may know my relationship is a little rocky. i'm trying my best to be the best boyfriend to amanda but still be the best father for Kaelie and do well in school while working 4 days a week. i know it's really not that much and that amanda is going through a lot more stress then i am but if i could get some help on what to do. i know that most won't know how to help me but even the slightest advice will help. i just want amanda to be happy that's all i want. please help ... anyone.

so it has definitely been i while since i have updated. but pretty much my days that are important everyone knows about from amanda so i don't really have a reason to update.

however i have quite a sad yet kinda funny thing that happened to me or i should say my mom.

put it this way we unofficially have a new kitty cat. we named him pete because he only has three legs. my mom heard him meowing this weekend ant it was by the living room window where Kaelie was banging on the screen so my mom went the the sliding door to see what the cat was up to. it looked normal at first but i guess he really only has three legs. i don't know really what happened but i guess that there are people who set small traps for bunnies and things like that and we think that he might have been caught in one but tore his leg off to get free. he is actually doing really good. the wound looks like it is healing and he walks so well we didn't even notice he didn't have a leg at first.

me and my mom have been feeding him chicken and some milk for the past couple of days and we really want to keep him but my dad doesn't want to because we would have to spend a lot of money getting shots and having a vet check out his stump to see if it is infected or not and all of that but maybe we can talk him in to it just like we talked him into getting a dog which didn't turn out so good. but that's ok my dog was kinda annoying anyways. but i really want to keep the cat. he's really cute and i feel bad for him that he lost his leg .

we will just have to see what happens. maybe we will take him to the humane society so that someone has the chance to adopt him and he will be taken care of and loved. that would be the next best thing besides keeping him.

so i finally believe the weathermen .... for now. i just spent almost 3 hours with my dad smowblowing and shoveling our driveway. and on top of the it cold and it starts to snow again halfway through it so by the time we finished there was another half inch to an inch of snow on the ground.

this is exactly y i hate snow. from the warmth of my house i agree it looks pretty but moving it from the driveway to the yard SUCKS!!!

well time to go take a nice warm shower to warm back up. later

wow it's been a while. well lets fill everyone in on my predictable life.

morning basically everyday i go to amanda's house to help out with Kaelie so that she can get ready for school. i usually stay there for the rest of the day. then go home or to work later. usually work but somethimes i just stay with amanda and spend time with her.

other than that ... christmas was fun ... didn't get much but i didn't need anything at all so i'm happy. i got what i really wanted and that was to spend the day with my 6 month old family. we had a good time. my favorite stuff came from amanda and kaelie but it usually does. kaelie got me a necklace that says i love my daddy on it. and amanda got me a hand held sudoku puzzle, a monopoly game with rudolph the red-nosed reindeer theme. and more things. but all that matters is that i had a lot of fun with my family.

new years kinda sucked this year. as most know my brother who i haven't seen in a year skipped out on the fam and i to go get drunk. other than that i didn't even know when it hit midnight cuz it didn't feel like it at all. it's been like that this whole holiday season. i really wasn't into any of the holidays except for my birthday but that's for other reasons not being brought up here. it just didn't feel like a holiday ... maybe cuz there was no snow.... maybe cuz i worked so much .... idk but it didn't feel like a holiday at all.

so i guess that's all i really have to say right now.
